Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. The service is informational research and analytics — it does not accept payments for, place, or facilitate any wagers; it does not custody user funds; and it does not partner with or refer users to wagering operators. Use of the service in any way that violates the laws of your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

• Free trial — 3 days of full access from signup. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
• Subscription — billing continues monthly at the published price after the trial. Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice.
• Billing — handled by our payment processor. Payment data is processed by our payment processor and Stripe; we don't store full card details.
• Cancellation — anytime from your account settings. Effective at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.
• Account use — one human, one account. Sharing credentials or running multiple users on a single subscription is grounds for termination.

Use props.fyi for personal research. Sort and filter the table, share screenshots, bookmark searches, and discuss what you see. Standard fair-use territory.

• Scrape or automate — running headless browsers, scrapers, or any tool that systematically downloads data from the service.
• Redistribute — reselling, repackaging, or republishing the data, model outputs, or any derived dataset.
• Reverse-engineer — extracting model logic, weights, or proprietary calculations from the outputs.
• Build a competing product — using props.fyi data or model outputs to train, fuel, or seed a competing analytics service.
• Misrepresent — impersonating other users, falsifying account information, or using the service for fraud.

Everything on props.fyi is probabilistic research, not a prediction. We surface statistical signals — the gap between publicly available market lines and our model's projected hit rates — for informational purposes only. A signal does not guarantee any outcome.

Variance is real. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on what you see here, and props.fyi accepts no liability for those decisions or any consequences arising from them.

props.fyi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can stop using props.fyi anytime by canceling your subscription. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure. Paid access continues through the end of your billing period unless terminated for cause.

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes — anything that meaningfully affects your rights or our obligations — will be communicated via email and in-product notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating props.fyi. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the competent courts of the operating jurisdiction.
