Why one plan
Tiered pricing on research tools usually means hiding the math behind a higher price. We don't think that's honest. The model either works for you or it doesn't — paywalling the actually useful columns is just dressing up a bad product.
We charge what it costs to run the data pipeline and pay the people who maintain it. We don't take third-party operator money, don't sell user data, and don't run an affiliate funnel. If you cancel, you cancel — no save offers, no "are you sure" emails, no friction.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get 3 days of full access. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After day 4, billing kicks in at $9.90 per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No phone calls, no save flows, no friction.
Is there an annual plan or discount?
Not yet. We may add an annual option later. For now, monthly at $9.90 is the only plan.
What sports are covered?
NBA, EuroLeague, football, and CS2 are fully live with every game and every prop type. NFL, NHL, MLB, NCAA Basketball, NCAA Football, WNBA, and MLS are on the roadmap and roll out as we can guarantee data quality.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months — cancel anytime to stop future charges. If there's a billing error or a technical issue on our end, email support and we'll make it right.
Is this advice or predictions?
No. props.fyi is research and analytics. We surface statistical signals across player prop markets — what you do with the data is your call. The product does not provide picks, predictions, or guarantees.
Do you take third-party commissions or sell my data?
No. We're independent and funded entirely by subscriptions. We don't take third-party operator money, run affiliate funnels, or sell user data.
